Valley Rubber & Gasket is a distributor and fabricator of industrial rubber and plastic products. The Company was founded in 1981 and started with three employees in a small warehouse in Sacramento, California. From that single location, it has grown in to one of the largest independently owned distributors of rubber products in the United States with multiple operations in California, Nevada, Washington and Utah with nearly 100 employees. We are an Employee Owned Company. With the creation of an ESOP in 1995, true employee commitment was achieved through stock ownership. Our employee-owners and their dedication to our customers are the key to our growth and to our success.

Our product offering is extensive, specializing in heavy duty and light duty conveyor belt, material handling systems, idlers and conveyor accessories, industrial hose and fittings, hydraulic hose and fittings, soft and metal gaskets, pump packing, and a full array of sealing products and devices. We offer twenty-four hour field services for belt splicing, mechanical repairs and conveyor system installations. Proudly, we are authorized distributors for the most well respected domestic manufacturers in our industry.
